We invest in dynamic teams of entrepreneurs that have deep expertise in sizable markets they’re trying to disrupt, as well as shippable products having demonstrated an initial market traction and user acceptance.
We typically make minority investments in young companies enjoying early commercial momentum.
Depending on the investment opportunity, YUL Ventures will use our own capital and sometimes involve our network of family offices and qualified private equity investors.
Our investment strategy is to work with existing management teams to accelerate growth and enhance the value of a business by providing capital, marketing expertise, operating refinements and other resources that may not have previously been available.
